Disgusting service and *****ing money

It disgusts me that companies don't offer assistance or take you seriously into you complain on a platform for everyone to see. I don't like needing to contact you back and forth to refund my money. Money that you have **********ly taken from my account. I have proof from you to say you received my cancelation request and confirm it will be canceled. YOU did not cancel my policy until two weeks later... This is NOT my fault and you should NOT be taking money from my account because you couldn't get up off your ass and cancel my policy. REFUND MY MONEY AND STOP SENDING ME ROBOTIC RESPONSES! We're going through a world pandemic and people are trying to sc**** money together for food but you are *****ING the only money I have for food. I will NEVER do business with you again. Terribly disgusted!
