Disgusted to say the least "FALSE ADVERTISING AT ITS BEST BY PAID PEOPLE"

On the 22/01/2018 i contacted legal department to lodge a legal claim and im of a view that the so called attorney that assisted me was Mr Tshabala. He advised what i had to do for him to confirm benefit for this claim. on 25 and 26 01/2018 i forwarded the required and i received an acknowledgement that turn around time is 48hrs. eearly frebruary i contacted the department and i was advised that my legal adviser was not in the office but they have left a message for him to contact me. nothing happened. on the 6th of feb 2018 i contacted the departement again i spoke to a lady that i cant remember her name and she advised that i will be contacted by the attorney since he is busy with the case. i asked her why i cant speak with him and that he had said he will contact me in the next 48hrs of receiving the documents, she then advised that he is not in the office since he is working night shift. okay i then asked to speak to the supervisor and i was told she can only lodge a complaint in which they will call me in the next 48hrs, i told her the matter its urgent and she put me on hold for more than 13 minutes that time im using my own airtime that they wont even refund and i hanged up. the next day 7th feb 2018 i contacted the departement again and ask what is going on, i was advised the attorney is working on my case and i advised the male guy that this has been the case for well over 14 days and i was advised that my attorney is not at the office because he was involved in a car accident. now this is a different excuse just to show that i am being **** to. i asked to speak to the supervisor and they said the supervisor cant speak to me cause he said he is rushing to a meeting and that i should lodge a complaint. till this present day no one has called me even when i was advised my attorney will contact me the next day cause he was coming. i have been paying for this cover for so many years and i do not understand how this is happening and whether clientele understand the gravity of this case that i need assistance with. after this matter i wont want any business to do with such a useless cover and company full of people with lies.
