Disgruntled Dissatisfied Customer

Clientele Legal was supposed to be handling my case with Cash Converters Wheels for over a year now with no feedback. i complained last year and someone was assigned to my case again and they assured me they will be keeping updated with progress. the last update was last year October and when i followed in July yet another person was assigned. i was told a new person was assigned because the other person left the company.<br> <br> Firstly i had top ask feedback before someone could be assigned <br> secondly nobody can give me what was done on my case since last year<br> <br> Clientele legal has been deducting my premiums and yet no service gets provided, to me that is *****ing from your customers. i have complained countlessly and yet noting gets done and i am still waiting for feedback even after 3 e-mails in July.<br> <br>
