Disappointment

Kindly assist me here some time in 2013 I joined clientele legal.On the phone i was told by the call centre agent i will be covered with a lawyer to any case unlimited just for only R120 then but now it is R140.On the 2015-01-01 I was arrested for drink driving and again on the 2015-03-22. I called the legal department to assist me and they said i must provide them with my case number i did on the 2015-03-25 . Today on the 2015-05-11 I received a call from the legal team telling me that they can't help me because I have 2 cases in one year .I don't understand .
