Disappointing Service with Clientele

I would hereby like to lodge an official complaint against Clientele Legal. Initially, I was told that I need t make three payments to Clientele in order to enjoy the full benefits. I made the three payments and I had a court case on the 8th of October. I contacted Clientele Legal for advice on how they could help me with this case. Disappointingly, Clientele contacts me after the case is over. I thereafter decided to cancel my policy and all emails that I sent to cancel the said policy is falling on deaf ears. I have not received any feedback about this policy getting cancelled and I am getting very worried. I require hellopeter to assist me to get this policy cancelled.
