Disappointed with service delivery

I am so disappointed with Clientelle Life. In their ads they promise, amongst other things to resolve labour related issues (unfair and constructive dismissal, etc). Imagine my shock and disappointment when I called them today and was told there was NOTHING they could do to defend my case. They told me that my employer, who made working conditions unbearable for me, was entitled to demand that I pay them back notice period not worked. The call centre agent (because I refuse to believe it was a lawyer) went on to say the Labour Law gives the employer the right to sue me BUT I did not find any such clause in the BCEA Act.<br> This is all well and good but my biggest disappointment is that in my entire life, it was the first time I heard a lawyer (because that's what Clientelle purports to be) tell a Client that THEY DO NOT HAVE A CASE, especially without even trying and I had given the agent all the background to my case, He even went on to say he would not suggest opening a constructive dismissal case, which is about the only recourse I have.<br> I am so, so, disappointed because I really did believe in your product and what you claim to offer.
