Deducting early then call centre not available

So clientele deducts my account on the 27th of each month, this time they unexpectedly decide to deduct it on the 21st of March. Why ??/ that was not our agreement. The agreement was always the 27th. On other days you have no business touching my account. <br> The worst part is calling the calling centre and the voice tells you you calling outside of working hours because on Saturdays they close at 1pm...I had to look at 3 different watches in case I am losing my mind and they all confirmed 10am !!!! Even when you choose the emergency legal assistance option, the line is engaged. I tried at least 10 times. Do you know that feeling you get in your stomach that you dealing with a low quality company that doesn't care or have their house in order. I am so disappointed. Can someone recommend a reliable legal services company? I saw on other replies they trying to keep the policy active and in order. for what ? Especially on a day we didn't agree on. <br> <br> Imagine if I was unfairly arrested and needed emergency assistance and your lawyers are not available...imagine that for a second. Sitting in jail feeling helpless?
