Deducted after the policy was cancelled
<p>I opened a Legal policy with Clientele and i cancelled the policy on the 3rd month on the 18/10/2016 and a deduction was still made and i was advised that i have cover until the end of November when i called in this morning to speak to a legal representative i was informed that my policy was cancelled with immediate effect on the 18th but i want to knw why was there a deduction made if i can not make use of the service </p>

As per our telephonic discussion we have addressed your concerns regarding the cancellation process and the debit order submitted after the cancellation.
Due to concerns raised an investigation was conducted and we have confirmed that the information provided during the cancellation call was not in line with the Policy Terms and Conditions. All concerns raised have been escalated to the relevant Management Team in an attempt to perpetuate this from happening in future.
