Debit orders after policy canceled and lapsed

The adverts you see on TV about Clientele being PROFFESSIONAL is a **** I canceled my policy with them after I had some other plans went to standard bank to suspend the debits but they changed reference to debit money called them to cancel being put on hold for 30minutes and they confirmed cancelation but monthend came the money was debited again i will now report them to consumer council because I have tried to solve this amicable with no avail R425 per month .They are just a **** and unprofessional. .
