Good morning, I would like to raise a complaint about policy nr ***. I was introduced to this policy by Thapelo.( Not sure about the surname.) He said this is a free 1 month trail that I'm on right now. He advised me to do a debicheck, but promised me that no money would be taken from my account. I must just cancel before the trail ends. On the 2nd of May, there was a debit order of R170,00 that was taken from my account. I tried to call the call centre and spoke to client services, they refused to give back my money. I went into the app and notice that I can't claim vouchers either. Thapelo isn't very helpful either. Not even reading or responding to my messages. Please refund my money and cancel my policy as I'm no longer interested.
