In my 25 years I have never come across a team and company so driven to understand comfort and support their clients. In my days of watching their television adverti*****ts which used to annoy me to no end, I never ( like many ) thought I would be in a situation where I needed that. Well we learn! As they have said on broadcasted advertisments. You never know when you will need any of the policies they offer.Thankfully because of them and their terms, kindness, sympathy, professionalism and benefits I am far better off than if I had been stubborn and ******** and dealt with my situation without them. To Neelan Thatiah of the Legal Sales Department of Clientele legal and his junior consultant who's name I sadly cannot recall, but definitely will find out and post a separate review. To him I would like to Thank from the bottom of my heart for his patients and utmost professional approach. If they lose him they lose gold. I have never heard a man with such tolerance, patience and understanding. Thank you once again. To the junior sales representative... Junior is not what you call her. She listened, sympathised, compared and understood. They both did so. Honestly they deserve a decent raise or a generous reward. I owe them and Clientele Legal my life. Because they salvaged it. Gladly at any time I would give my life for the company or those two golden people. That is pure truth. No overstatement or exaggeration. You are the salvation of so many I can imagine. Now I understand why your customer and clients are so satisfied and loyal. I would gladly say it on one of your advertisments wherever. In whichever way. I am satisfied just with the interaction. I have not even used their services yet. It needs to be emphasised how crucial they are to South Africa. Thank you Clientele Legal, Neelan and the junior sales consultant very much.
