Customer harassment

Its so frustratiing to share your personal contact with Clientelle Legal. I once joined Clientelle Legal and decided to cancel after they had increased their premium. I wrote them an email, they responded, we discussed and settled that I did not require their services anymore. Sadly, every now and then different people from Clientel Legal phone and ask me to explain why I cancelled their policy. I have received close 20 telephone calls and I am SO frustrated. I wish someone would assist them to understand 'customer harassment' better. Frustrated Linda
