Compliment for Charlotte
I came to Clientele and I was assisted by Charlotte. She was very patient and assisted me with my documents. If it was someone else they could have just told me to go home and submit them by myself but she went an extra mile, scanned and submitted the documents for me. This is the first time I am receiving this kind of service at Clientele. I am happy and rate her 100%.
I was also assisted by Langelihle at the reception and I received a friendly and warm welcome.
