I came to clientele today and I was assisted by Charlotte and I am so happy with the service I received from her and Valentine. I once spoken to Charlotte on a phone and when I got to clientele I requested to speak to her because of the service I received telephonically. She was not available and was on lunch but she made sure that she cancels her lunch and attend to us.
We had a lot of claims with my husband but Charlotte was very patient. Ngijabulile Clientele.
