Clientele Royalty? Ridiculous

Very disappointed. I received a nasty email from my body corporate, and asked Clientele to intervene - they eventually wrote back saying not to worry about it and have a chat with them, and by that time, the body corporate notified me that they are handing over my account. And why wouldn't they? The lawyers never contacted them, and I never contacted them because I thought the lawyers would, so I ended up ignoring their mail.

Also, don't try phoning after hours, you end up in a loop and no-one picks up.

Considering this is one of the most expensive legal aid plans around, its pretty useless.
