Clientele Policy Cancellation Nightmare
I have been trying to cancel my policy for almost a year now with no results. Frustrated.

Enclosed is your updated Policy Schedule as well as the original Terms and Conditions which remain unchanged. With your Clientèle Enhanced Legal Plan, underwritten and administered by Clientèle General Insurance Limited (Clientèle Legal), FSP No. 34655, you can rest assured knowing you are protected by superior legal services, 24 hours a day. For more information, please email us at *** or call our National Contact Centre on ***. Our friendly consultants are standing by to assist you.

I did not request an enhanced policy or any other policy from Clientele. What game are you playing? All I wanted was the cancellation of a policy I had. Please fix this.

Please note that your Clientele Enhanced Legal Plan was canceled on the 13th of January 2022, a letter to confirm the cancellation was sent on the 13th and again today to your email address. The policy documents were sent on the same day before the policy was canceled in an effort to provide policy information so that you can make an informed decision. Due to the size of the policy documents the email was delayed and came through after the letter to confirm cancellation. We apologize for any inconvenience experienced.
