In NOVEMBER 2020 I lodged a claim that was NEVER attended and I Didn’t get any response. In January 2021 I lodged a claim that was NEVER attended and 3 months later I received an apology email that was meaningless. Not a call or anything of that nature. In March 2021 I lodge claim number 3 this too has not been attended for 2 weeks. I called, emailed and send follow up emails and even sent this to your twitter team 11 days ago and still NO one from your company has called your even attempted to assist. I took a legal insurance so that is could do that! Not so that I could keep resolving matters PVT and using personal financial resources. Since Clientele Life / legal has failed I want my money back in full for the 11 months of paying you! Regards
