CLIENTELE LEGAL's **** LOOPHOLES

DO NOT TAKE UP Clientele Legal policy until you understand their tactics. I took up a legal policy with Clientele around August and gave them a Call in February about a drone I bought from a retailer with a crash protection plan. There is a phone call transaction that needs to be proven by retrieving the call from the retailer. When I needed legal advice they directed me to go to Consumer protection, and the matter escalated to CGSO and so on. 8 months later, I was finally told that in order to retrieve the phone call, this needs go be enforced by a police order.

Clientele now says the matter was pre-existing and happened within 3 months of the waiting period where I could only get legal advice but not a lawyer. The process of dealing with the retailer and having the retailer refuse to fix the product was finally realised in December. Only then did I get in touch with Clientele concerning legal representation. Pre-existing conditions are supposed to be about matters that occur before you take on a policy, then representation and waiting period, not finding loop holes to use as an excuse not to cover if something happens within a waiting period. They are now dodging the matter to not provide cover by using the pre-existing condition that has nothing to do with claiming, but occurrence of events.

The customer service agent did not even understand my concern and thought it was about a cellphone that was defective when I explained that it’s about a Drone that crashed around OCT-NOV period and there's a dispute on the crash protection. Only after that period did I get in touch with Clientele. What ******** tactics are these? I don't even have the policy documents that' I've requested numerous times but was told they'll be emailed. Today is nearly 1 year since the incident, and 8 months after contacting Clientele Legal and they say they can't assist with the matter because of the same technical misunderstanding. What's the point of these policies if they find excuses around what's pre-existing and what's not?

How ***ardly you are. Using a clueless person to deliver a message to me that you've rejected my claim because I supposedly said I didn't have the pre-existing conditions explained to me. You know that's not even the case to begin with. You've stooped very low it's disgusting!

The matter of Engagement is not an issue as your engagement is not leading to a resolution. I took up the policy in order to have legal representation at inappropriate and proper time when I need it and when I do need it now you are refusing to represent me as you are avoiding the hassles of paying out lawyers. My product stopped working after 3 months I had taken your policy and the case was lodged after three months of taking up the policy but you still see that as a pre-existing condition. How the hell is that so?
I will not stop publicly slandering this behavior until you get your act together.

Stop playing with people with your false adverti*****ts and misleading policy linguistics. You are no different than all insurance companies that have people taking their children's bodies to their offices just to get the payout they deserve. WOW, What a typicall South African example of a model insurance company you are being right now. Sad!

What, and you just leave the matter just like that? It's been over a month since the holidays and you still don't care to actually resolve this case? I will start caring about your responses when it's not some automated generic and insincere nonsense.

You're truly showing your colours.

I also demand that you give me the recording of my conversation when accepting this insurance. Why do you keep ignoring this? This is the 6th month I've been waiting for this. What are you trying to hide?

Hi

Why is it difficult for you to provide me with YOUR telephonic recordings on this policy. That's all I've been requesting. You've been flip-flopping left-right-center about different reasons why you cannot offer legal support. Each time I provide a legitimate reason to dismiss your refusal you look for another one. That is not professional and it's only exposing the company of it's deception.
