Clientele Legal will not represent you when you need them.

Clientele Legal has a specific adverti*****t where their lawyers dive persons off the ground and more…. with promises to always stand up for their policy holders for all kinds of wrongdoings especially unfair labor practices forcing retrenchments with little compensation. What a farcical adverti*****t on TV considering my story of complete non- action by Clientele Legal (CL) over a period of 60 days starting early October 2017. My name is Willem Perold and I assisted Mr Jonas Hlungwane (who is a member of Clientele) to the best of my ability whereas it was the sole duty of CL to do so but they failed dismally. Mr Hlungwane was a permanent worker at a townhouse complex at Heuwelzicht in Roodekrans for 19 years where he was eventually earning some R5000/month. He has now been forced to take a pension package from the Heuwelzicht Body corporate totaling some R24 000 that they are going to pay to him in 4 installments. Then he was forced to sign a temporary contract where he is going to work for only 2 days per week earning R2000/m. The Body Corporate’s reason for this was that they cannot afford Jonas Hlungwane anymore. Mr Hlungwane was paying a contribution of R50/m and the Body Corporate was supposed to also contribute. It is not known whether this was done over the entire period. This was what CL was supposed to probe. I, Willem Perold, repeatedly send documentation to CL regarding this issue asking CL to appoint a person than can negotiate a better deal on behalf of Mr Hlungwane. The only response was …..”We noted your complaint and will appoint a person to deal with the problem” That was all. Apparently some complete useless person by the name of Floyd Maswaninga was initially appointed by Clientele. He did nothing for the entire period? I repeatedly send him reports about what was happening with Mr Hlungwane yet this Floyd did nothing. I send some 4 reminders to CL to PLEASE appoint somebody other than Floyd because he did nothing. Because we needed someone that could speak to the Body Corporate and try and get a better retrenchment deal for Mr Hlungwane. The only time Floyd contacted Mr Hlungwane was to tell him to “Accept the package and leave the Townhouse? THIS WAS THE ONLY SUPPORT CLIENTELE LEGAL GAVE. Surely Clientele was supposed to do battle on behalf on their client Mr Hlungwane. That is if one looks at that famous adverti*****t, I mentioned in the opening paragraph. Mr Hlungwane even went to Clientele’s offices in Sandston by taxi about the case but nobody there wanted to see him. So please take this TRUE story serious and be very wary to deal with Clientele.
