CLIENTELE LEGAL WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!

Clientèle Legal has failed to uphold its service agreement - WORST COMPANY EVER AND THEY DON'T DELIVER. I have paid for legal assistance since October 2024, yet they have refused to assist with my dispute against Vodacom regarding unauthorized rate increases. Instead, they directed me to contact Vodacom or ICASA. This constitutes a breach of service. Their communication is consistently slow, and they have provided no legal advice or resolution. I am paying nearly R500 per month for no tangible service. They even requested an affidavit from me after I complained about their lack of service." I strongly advise against using Clientèle Legal.
