Very useless when it came to assisting me..I've been waiting for almost a year for them to solve a MTN contract that I am being wrongfully charged R2300 for..Now they are saying they will send MTN an email (to the same email I've used for months) and hopefully they will get a response..Otherwise I must try ICASA...To think I've been paying premiums for close to 10 years to get such a service..
