Clientele legal the ****

Clientele legal.......pure ****!! i have been with them for more that 6 years. i had problem with lawyers that did not give me payout letter to clean my name on credit bureau for unfair blacklisting. i phone clientele legal they failed dismally. every day i see their advert saying they help people on unfair blacklisting i just think what i have been through with them for about a year and they never solved my problem. i loved and respected Clientele, i even wanted to continue with them even though they have failed me but now i think will i really be protected should i experience another problem? I paid other lawyers based in Pietermaritsburg : IN ONE WEEK MY PAID UP LETTER WAS WITH ME!!! i felt so disappointed kulo Clientele legal. all my money over the years went down the drain.

We confirm that we telephonically contacted you to address your concerns, however, you advised us that your matter has already been resolved and no further assistance is needed from us.
 
We understand your frustration, however as previously indicated and discussed, your claim unfortunately falls outside the ambit of your legal policy and is therefore unfortunately not covered due to missed premiums.  We have rendered limited assistance in that we contacted the attorneys on numerous occasions for a paid up letter and the phone rang unanswered. However, even though a matter is not covered, we still endeavour to assist our clients by giving them the appropriate advice and providing the necessary limited assistance.
