Clientele Legal shocking service.(Actually no service at all)

I contacted Clientele Legal for the first time on Friday 06 January this year,to take out a Legal plan with them, after seeing their ad on TV,and seeing all the "excellent"testimonials from so called clients.. I even went as far as downloading their app and saving their what's app number.

To this day, I have not received a call back from them,and to try and contact them on the what's app line,is to say the least,a futile effort.All I have received so far is a run-around in circles..

All in all shocking service and false advertising..
