CLIENTELE LEGAL REFUSING LEGAL REPRESENTATION

There were unauthorised deductions in my account as a result I instructed my bank to do reversals as a result they accidentally reversed the clientele Nov 2019 premium. I called clientele and spoke to Porch (consultant) on 18/12/2019 at 3:13pm informing him of what happened and he gave me the banking details where I can make the reversed payments, he further advised that there will be a waiting period of 3 months. On the 08/01/2020 I got a call again from ****i another consultant from Clientele asking if do I still want to be with clientele of which I told her yes and she also explained the same thing the previous consultant explained and I though this matter is now done and dusted as I have a case in May 2020. This morning 09/01/2020 I got another call from a woman told me she was a legal adviser and shes not a consultant Nasiphi Nonkomela, she told me for the upcoming case of I will not be represented because of the fact that I skipped Nov payment and that even if I am still making monthly payments it does not change anything just because of that one reversal of Nov 2020. Now you can imagine my frustrations.
