Clientele Legal refused to help my husband
I'm really disappointed with Clientele legal. The way they present their business is nothing compared to their real life service. My husband (Ayanda Njapha)join Clientele legal in 2018 with the hope to get legal representation whenever he needed one, I mean that is what they advertise on TV. Little did he know they only say that for advertising, they don't help people when they need them.
He made a claim last year (2019) November after he was unfairly dismissed at his workplace. His claim number was P***. The consultant her name was Kgomotso said they can't help because he was guilty. I mean the nerve!!! are they not the ones that are suppose help you when you are unfairly dismissed. How can she say that without even going to arbitration with and hearing my husband side of the story, like a true lawyer should. As it is my husband doesn't have a job now, no money, the case is still at CCMA. We now need to pay for lawyers from our own pocket yet they were deducting money from my husband account for 2 years with no fail. Guys free advice don't waste your money, Clientele legal will not come to your rescue when you need them but they will be happy to take your money.

No one from your company has called me or my husband. These are our cell numbers - *** and ***. No call have been made to this number.
Secondly how can you say unfair dismissal falls outside your scope of work. Again you are misleading people when they take up policies with you . Please tell me what scope of work or legal matters you fall under. Because these things are not explained when taking up the policies. Really now stop lying!!! No one called us, and yes the policy was cancelled because your consultant didn’t bother to do their work, so how can we continue paying for something that doesn’t help you. Why would she waste our time by asking for the charges if she new that unfair dismal was not part of your scope.
