Clientele Legal - Really good service.

Well I have watched the Clientele adverts on television many times and being naturally cynical (who isn't these days) really thought it was more marketing than reality. However I can honestly say that having dealt with Sphesihle Vilakazi from Clientele Legal I really don't think that anymore. Sphe, after having recently had this experience where I was not sure what to do when a Debtors company served Judgement and summons to increase an arranged payment on me whilst I was making the arranged payments monthly thereby increasing costs enormously that were not even my responsibility; you assisted me immediately giving me expert advice to deal with this in court and you gave me the confidence to represent myself in a manner that I would not have been able to do if not having dealt with you first. You further worked quickly and decisively communicating with them and kept me up to date every step of the way. The Judgement is being subsequently rescinded and they have had to reverse the huge extra costs that I would have to pay if not for your professional assistance. I really just want to thank you Sphe, for your calm and fantastic manner when dealing with somebody who did not know what to do. I am so glad that I started this Policy with Clientele Legal years ago and even though I have never had to use it before, the one time that I really needed Legal Assistance, I can only say that there could not have been better service and a better outcome.
