Clientele legal policy

<p> </p> <p>i have a legal policy with clientele who is failing to accept that they have failed to assist me with legal assistance for a matter which was referred in March 2016 and they have failed completely to provide either legal advice nor an attorney as they claim to provide superior legal service and below is our last communication where they wanted me to sign an agreement which I couldn't agree with certain clauses which I asked to be deleted.<br /> <br />With regards to the consultation that you had with the Independent Arbitrator and the writer hereof on 24 August 2016 respectively, we confirm the following:<br /> <br />· The offer that was made in full and final settlement and without prejudice is in terms of the SLA and tariffs;<br />· The amount offered without prejudice constitute the maximum contribution in terms of our SLA and tariffs;<br />· We confirm that you have declined to be bound by certain clauses in the settlement agreement and that you are also not happy with the amount offered in terms of the SLA and tariffs;<br />· You have also indicated that you are proceeding with the FAIS ombudsman complaint in this regard;<br />· We confirm that Clientele has declined your counter-offer alternatively hereby declines same unfortunately;<br />· We confirm that our offer without prejudice is entirely within the parameters of SLA and tariffs ;<br /> <br />Kindly be advised that any further discussions /concerns with regards to the ruling of the Independent Arbitrator will be the subject of the further engagement between the Independent Arbitrator and FAIS Ombudsman as you have already referred this dispute to them.<br />Kind regards<br /> <br /> <br />Robert Mngomezulu<br />Supervisor<br />Clientèle Legal</p>
