CLIENTELE LEGAL - PLEASE SPEED UP YOUR SERVICE DELIVERY

Recently Clientele Legal has been tasked with sending a Letter of Demand to a Debtor on my behalf. To date its over a month and still the letter has not been served on the debtor.

They say there is a 5 day turnaround to all emails. Every time they request details about the case, they will send an email and thereafter it will take 5 days or longer for Clientele Legal to respond. This Snail Mail can surely be expedited and quicker response can be given by calling me and get the information asap.

I find it frustrating with this kind of service delivery, I cannot count on Clientele Legal for providing a speedy and efficient service as what happens if the Debtor goes into Liquidation. It would be over a month time has elapsed and there is still emails going back and forth and taking forever to get my request granted.

This is not the first time I had an issue with service delivery and or the speed of service and I am tempted to use another provider.

I will not recommend Clientele Legal in Future.
