Clientele Legal painting a very bad picture due to lack of good service
This is a follow-up complaint about the appalling service I am receiving from Clientele Legal. I have been a long-term client of their service and my medico-legal claim is not being handled efficiently. I was unfortunate to sustain a dental injury in May 2019. Since I have been back and forth to doctors ,surgeons and other dentists, underwent two surgical procedures and need to wear artificial teeth as a result of the medical negligence of a dentist. This has negatively affected my confidence in my work environment as a health care professional myself, in my speech, my mental health, having to go for therapy due to the fact. I am also a vocalist (which I am very passionate about) and having to go for additional vocal therapy to correct or find ways to work with what is stuck in my mouth. Clientele has appointed an attorney to assist with a summons for payment from the dentist at fault as I require multiple procedures to rectify what has been damage. To my surprise I was informed that the summons was delivered, but not signed. In other words, their is no evidence that the summons was received. From the little knowledge I know who is at fault for not having any at the practice sign for the receipt of the summons? Additionally, a small percentage these civil cases hardly requires the complainant and defended having to appear in court to have the matter settled. I am in constant pain, I am emotionally drained. I requested that the legal advisor email me details since I have been courteous to all for more than two weeks before complaining on Hellopeter.com in hopes that I get answers and the correct procedures are followed. I am at wits end which is unfair towards me as a client.
We confirm receipt of the concerns raised.

My I please understand who Tanja P is?
Are you sure you have the correct person you want to approach.
I am not Tanja P.
My name is clearly stated on the complaint and you have the audacity to refer to me as Tanja P?
What misunderstanding and is happening here?
If Shanitha Hanuman cannot read my name or my details I request that the responded be removed from handling my escalation.
I am not Tanja P and would like an apology for responding to the wrong person, unless there is a new system where clients on Clientele Legal are being assigned unidentifiable aliases which should be made clear to me. I need they why, the how and the who is responsible for this?
This is another example of the inefficiency I am experiencing.
I kindly request a complete and prompt explanation on why I am referred to as Tanja P.
Kind regards

I accept your apology. Going forward I would appreciate that the reviewer of a complaint pays closer attention to the details as this addressing anyone by the incorrect name may lead to further complications.
Additionally the reviewer should ensure that good communication is being practiced. The fact incorrect name was mentioned in the reply is perceived that the reviewer(s)s do not pay attention is essential details. I am well aware of human error, but further creates a dissatisfaction that my escalation will not be prioritised as it should be.
Kind regards

I respected your advice and contacted your organisation directly with no response.
I am at the verge of going to the Ombudsman regarding your service. Even though it will be an unpleasant experience I am no other option(s), but to make you realise how much pain, suffering and mental drainage it takes out of me to be assisted in a way I expect to be assisted.
Waiting another year for my case to be settled is unacceptable and I would like to request all the recordings are evidence to present to the Ombudsman as that serve as evidence to make my claim stronger when I present to the Ombudsman.
Thank you and kind regards
