Clientele Legal must fall

what kind of nonsense is this? what kind of service ******* is this? I can believe it, you made a promises to assist my dad the best way possible but instead turn around and never deliver 1) You sent one of your lawyers to contact him 2) Knowing very well my dad is old and doesn't understand English you sent an English speaking lawyer 3) As if that's not enough you now send a Zulu speaking lawyer Mdaka who has no patience non whatsoever 4) He tells my dad to email him statements but guess what he doesn't give him an email address 5) Someone from clientele legal called my dad to have his policy reinstated 6) Now he gets a message that you tried calling but failed to reach him when his phone never rang not even once 7) Now when he contacts you guys you tell him the policy was cancelled What kind of ******* is this???????????????? You don't value your customers You don't care about your customers You only after money (you are very quick to debit and never delivers) I'm not happy with your service and wont recommend your service to anyone I will be paying your office a visit tomorrow in Sandton and believe me it wont be nice
