CLIENTELE LEGAL MAKE IT EXTRA DIFFICULT TO CANCEL
This company has terrible quality phone lines. SO when you call to ask for legal advice, the lawyer tells you they cannot hear you well and that you mist hang up and someone will call within 24-48 hours. What kind of company is this? So on two occasions I have called to cancel my policy, and guess what, you cannot cancel. You have to log a complaint, and they promise a call once more within 24-48 hours, and then they first need to escalate your complaint and return to you to try and resolve the matter. Last cancellation attempt, they never even called me back. So how does one manage to cancel the legal policy? The service is inferior and I want to CANCEL. I don’t want to complain, I just want to CANCEL!
