Clientele legal lots of promises no delivery

I joined clientele legal in August 2015. Up to date I have not received a card nor my contract. During January 2016 my wife decided we must get divorced. It is an uncontested divorce and I decided to contact clientele legal for a divorce contract. After weeks of nothing I was told that they do not cover a pre existing matter. Pre-existing? Wow they can see into the future. On all their ads it is clearly stating that they do cover uncontested divorce. But not mine. They were quick to take my money, but cannot deliver. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I EVER GOT. Pay us and we do nothing should be their motto. Be warned this company is not helping just taking. BAD BAD BAD. I cannot understand how my wife leaving me and the kids in 2016 was a pre-existing thing in 2015. Maybe if i was sent a contract I would understand, but this company cannot even do something as small as that.
