Clientele Legal Lawyers not efficient.
i Have a case with clientele, it has been a month now, i have been struggling to get legal advise on a case, i even lodged a complain with the Manager to explain my frustration, The Lawyers there are relaxed ,you as the client need to phone everyday requesting for feedback on your case. The Lawyer will only try to get hold of you once, if you miss the call once they don't try to follow up later. I am very dissapointed with Legal Service and feel that it would be better if i move my debit order to the Lawyers that would make effort to my request. I feel that if they cannot help me it would be fair for them to advise me that they cant help, instead of them frustrating me to calling them everyday, We have emails, at-least if they would have emailed feedback to explain what is happening, but in this case nothing.
