clientele legal is ********* them self

i have logged a claim PO789687 in late December 2018,i received no call back or correspondence what soever,when ever i call them they promise they will get in touch with me ,up until today no one have called me.i was so surprised today when i went to check on the self service app how far my claim is,and guess what it say my claim is closed and resolved.

how can it be resolved if im still have the same issue that i need legal assistance for

i have been a client with clientele for more then 3 years and this is how i get treated,every month they deduct there installment for what?they have done nothing for me ever since i joint cancelling my membership and will defiantly not recommending clientele for any of there service
