Clientele legal is a waste of money and probably a ****

I joined Clientele legal in 2014/04 and have never claimed and used there services until now 2019/10 when i needed them most for help that im paying for at a high premium . Firstly they don't respond to your emails, and when i final got a hold of them via email, case number P*** the person whom responded to my email give me useless unhelpful information that does not even make sense, i don't think they have read the email that i sent or the attached documents with regards to the problem i have. Professional lawyers i don't think so. I have written back and said "Your email does not make any sense, i don't think you understand the situation correctly this guy broke contact and **** about the work that he had done. Up to now no response from clientele legal and i guess i will not get one, seeing all the complaints on Hellopeter.
