CLIENTELE LEGAL IS A ****
So it seems that Clientele Legal's "Legal Advisors" are not so bright. Either that or it is company policy to find "that" loophole. I have recently had an issue with my building contractor. Clientele's advisors tell me that since I entered into the contract during my waiting period, I am only entitled to advice and not legal aid. My issue with my contractor arose AFTER my waiting period WAS OVER. It seems that even though I have tried to explain this to them via email and telephonically, nobody understands this simple concept. Furthermore, this is not a consumer issue but a "***** and ****" case. This too, is too difficult for the "Legal Advisors" to understand. Does this then mean, if I do have a dispute at work, Clientele will not assist as I entered into my employment contract BEFORE joining Clientele Legal?
