Clientele legal is a ****

I raised a legal matter with Clientele Legal in October 2023. There service has been very appalling to say the least. There is no sense of emergency or professionalism. You will never get feedback unless you stalk and harass them for information. The guy assisting me from Clientele Legal, by the name of Martin Mosweu has left me in a predicament with my case matter. My dispute was with Kia, they requested to strip the engine of my car, to which I advised Martin that I would not be held liable for the expense. he confirmed that the dealership has agreed to do it for free. Two weeks ago I received an invoice from Kia for stripping the engine, and now they are refusing to release my vehicle. They have an email confirming that Martin from Clientele was advised about the expense and he agreed for them to do the job. It's almost 5 months down the line, my car is still not fixed and now kia will not release it because of the negligence done by Clientele legal. I have sent emails for the last two weeks and to date there is no assistance on the matter. All that I am asking for is for Clientele legal to rectify their error with Kia, so that my vehicle can be released. I have been a loyal client of Clientele Funeral and legal for more than 10 year and the one time I request for their assistances I end up in more of a mess.
