I have been a member for over 4 years, the monthly fee is a small price to pay, for the support I have received. I was retrenched in October 2018, on top of that my employer thought, he does not have to pay my severance pay. Clientele Legal's Tanya Jooste, who had been assigned to my case, worked hard and tirelessly until late hours on Saturday, just to meet the CCMA deadline. At the end, the now ex-employer had no other option but to pay out.
