Clientele legal gives the worst service

So will all the ads always showing such great service unfortunately I signed up for legal cover with clientele legal.

This has become a nightmare and quite frankly a huge waiste of time, for the 5 months that my policy has been reinstated I have had numerous problems all resulting in promises of a call from a manager who obviously never calls.

My very first legal matter they can’t assist with due to so many different stories it’s not even funny.

I must say I am extremely disappointed especially since their ads are so misleading regarding customer service.

I have been with them for 5 months and still not received a membership apparently due to my address being wrong but as usual I needed to call them to find that out cause actually doing their work is way to hard.
