<p>I lodged a complaint about a shop that didn't want to refund me after 3 days of purchasing a cellphone which have problems. I contacted clientele legal for help. I had tough time following them for response. Their service is poor, their **** lawyers agreed to the terms and conditions of the shop which are contrary to the consumer protection act. I regret why i joined them. My money is gone after 4 years. Whatever they advertise on TVs is **** they took people's money, they are ******. I wish there was a negative star.</p>
