Clientele legal Failed promises

I'm so frustrated with the terrible service and what I would call incompetence for lack of a better word with clientele legal. I approached Clientele Legal for assistance with an issue I have relating to some money owed to me by the new owners of the property I sold last year (2021). The property was register to the new owners' on the 30th August 2021 but the municipality continued to deduct my municipal credit of ~R6000 until the funds were depleted. It is now May 2022 and I still haven't received any meaningful feedback from the service provider. For example, I explicitly explained to the agent on numerous occasions that I have been told in person by the staff at the municipality that their landlines are not working and despite me relaying this message, I got SMSs from Clientele Legal that the agent has had no luck getting hold of the municipality. It took me calling the complaints department in April 2022 to finally get the letter of demand "sent" to the new owners. I highlight "sent" because when I called to complain I was told that the draft letter of demand would first be sent me before being sent on the new owners and I never received anything from the agent. So I cannot say with any level of cer*****y that the letter was indeed sent. As at April I have decided to rather go to the small claims court instead. This begs the question, What am I Paying For Then? In more than 8 year of having this facility I have never gotten any benefit. I'm left with no other choice but to cancel this "benefit" and try elsewhere.
