Clientele legal failed me

I have a problem with clientele legal I was dismissed at work at Bp garage due to customer fighting with me so I got dismissed so I called clientele legal as my legal team which I've been with them for more 5 years and at the beginning of my case Conciliation case they were there for me helping them but the representative of the company didn't pitch on the Conciliation..I waited for about 2 months after Conciliation for me to get the arbitration date I had to be the one to call them so that I can get a date but they dragged their feet...so after 2weeks after telling them to get me a date for arbitration I got the date which was on the 26th August' 2023 but even before we can reach the arbitration date they just told me that they won't be able to stand up for me at the arbitration regarding the poor evidence of my case so kindly I don't understand why from the beginning of my case they were there If they did saw that the evidence is not enough??? Feel like I was paying them for nothing due to not being able to assist me at the later stage of my case.. clientele isnt what we think it is....how can I represent myself at the case while I know i have lawyers that I have been paying but they fail to assist me
