Clientele Legal - Dreadful Service

I have to say, the service at Clientele Legal is always appalling. On the 14th of June I was sent a long list of requirements that needed to be submitted. One of those requirements was rudely typed out in capital letters. This means your staff also has no inclination of electronic mail etiquette. Your employee(s) was so *********** that he/she remembered to type out the requirement in capital letters but forgot to attach the actual form. When I was ready to submit the requirements I got another communication on the 25th of June 2018 with the “Damages Affidavit” form that needed to have been filled in and submitted with the rest of the required items. There was not apology or explanation about the mistake that was made. Then today they have the nerve to send me an email pertaining to how long I was taking to submit the requirements. Your staff is so educated in terrible service that they know to omit their names in any and all communications. This clearly shows that the culture of accountable and professional employees is non-existent at Clientele legal.
