clientele legal does it again

<p>I really do not understand why i always have to resort to these measures always when i deal with this company, I sent an email to their customer services department regarding an urgent legal matter on the 18th of April 2017 and got a response that a consultant will contact me within 48 hours, Clearly the Clientele legal consultants cannot count as to date i am yet to receive a call or an email response - i even forwarded that email to Luleka Ngodwane whom I have dealt with in the past but still nothing - i advise all who see those informecials on TV not to believe a word of it because when you need help from clientele legal, you might as well just prepare yourself for a jail sentence as their uselessness in incomprehensible.</p>
