Clientele Legal Disappoints Again and Again

I have my policy for over 2 years now. In Dec 2014 I asked for assistance with a m/vehicle accident claim, To date Clientele Legal have been unable to bring my case to a close<br> In January 2016 I wasn't paid on time, I called Clienetele Legal and asked for their advise regarding the non payment of my salary- they refused to assist because the premium wasn't paid. They failed to understand that the premium wasn't paid for the same reason I asked for their assistance.Each time I am assisted by someone new. I was previously with Lipco- and they were brilliant- much better then Clientele LEGAL.please don't be fooled by the fancy commercials- because when you need their assistance- they are reluctant to help- I had to tell the agent what to do on my behalf. he didn't even know the steps to take. no one has contacted me in over 4 months. I am not sure why I even pay them each month for a service I don't receive when requested. the last legal advisor I spoke to- struggled to speak English. I gave them my landline to contact me as my cellphone blocks call centre numbers- yet they will never call me on my landline- theres no direct email address to deal with anyone- I'm really disappointed
