Clientele legal bad service

I called in the beginning of May 2021 for legal advice and assistance and the guy that answered the phone could not help me. I asked him to cancel my policy with immediate effect as Clientele legal is a waste of time and have inexperienced people working there. He said he will email the cancelations department and the policy would be cancelled and I will get a call confirming this. Today my Debit order when off my bank account again. When I called today and was accused of being a **** as the guy never logged my first call. I am utterly disgusted with your service and want my policy cancelled immediately. No-one has ever called or made me a **** and I refuse to be labelled as that for a service I have been paying for, for years
