Clientele Legal are *******s!!
I'm writing this review on behalf of my gran, she has been apart of Clientele Legal for years and they've debited her account every month on time, she had a legal dispute and needed assistance and they refused to help. They said she must pay R50 000 to get the help she required. She called through 3 months ago and cancelled this service yet they keep debiting her account. This needs to be taken to task. They took money for services they said they rendered, and now they still taking money after cancellation.

As confirmed with our client, the request for legal assistance was regrettably excluded in terms of the policy and the limited assistance she was entitled to had been exhausted. Any additional fees incurred for a privately appointed attorney is unfortunately not covered by the terms of our policy.
