Clientele Legal advert misleading

I have been a Clientele Legal client for almost 10 years. I always thought that if I needed legal insurance for a civil or ******** matter that Clientele Legal would cover it as per their advert. Please be warned they don't cover all civil matters. My tenant has not paid his rental and I wanted to sue him for outstanding debt and asked Clientele legal to cover the summons. Clientele Legal representative (I think his name was Ophelius) said they don't cover Landlord and Tenant matters in court but they provide other services like a letter of demand or advise. This does not make sense to me as you either cover a matter or you don't. Furthermore his excuse is that this is a business matter and not a personal issue. It is a personal issue because I entered into the agreement in my personal capacity and I pay personal taxes on the income. I informed him I was going to warn people that they must be aware that the advert is misleading when it says it covers civil cases. They should indicate which matters are excluded. He told me he would send me the terms and conditions which shows this (this was 3 weeks ago and I have not received it.). Lastly he threatened my "safety" if I complained publicly and alluded to taking action against me for maliciousness. It seems he was trying to stop me from warning other consumers about this . I told him to cancel my subscription and he said that for the next 30 days even though I am paying the full premium I won't be allowed to get any other services apart from advice. I am requesting a refund of my premiums because they have not fulfilled their promise to cover me in civil matters and because they have threatened my safety.
