This was just the limit with Clientele Legal, i have put a claim in May which i bought a Motorcycle in Mach,...

The claim was send in May, i only got a response in June... my case was excepted by a "Lawyer"and asked for all the info on my claim including documents...

It took them month on month to come back to me with an update on how far they are... besides that, they have to go check whom was busy with my claim and does not come back to me the same day...

I have to phone them every time on what is happening and what the process were... not one's did they have the customer service protocol to come back to me before i get to call them 1st. That's so poor customer service from them. was so upset.

Eventually i send a complaint in to their Customer Care or info email to just put my thoughts down on what i think of them and how they treated me over the past few months... it's September 4 months later...

Someone tried calling me, not two times or a third time did they try in a day or week. not even a email or voicemail.

Today, was just not a day to call me after all the times of not making efforts to call me and update me of my claim situation... after informing me that the dispute was unsuccessful just the fact that the defended said "i knew it was a secondhand motor vehicle i bought" i should've expected breakdowns and complications from the motor vehicle, because i bought it as is... but the seller advertised that the motor was 100% and in good condition.

Not even driven the motor vehicle for a month, had to send it in for repairs and spend lots of money on it, mechanic discovered that it was two motor vehicles in one. Also promised that the papers he will get later, which never happened. Nor the parts he was waiting on. Yet the motor vehicle is standing, nothing i can do with it! just standing in my garage as the cost to fix it, will be the cost i bought it for! I am so disappointed in Clientele Legal!

So people, do not go for Clientele legal, they a bunch of jokes... falls adverti*****t on how they can win your battles, ****s, unfair dismissals, claims and keep you out of jail! all lies.

I should actually get a private Lawyer to sue them for Falls Adverti*****t! Show records on which Customers they actually did help or win cases for!

I have cancelled my Policy. So worthy!
