Goodday my name is Hope Ngobeni. Today I called clientele ******* to cancel my legal policy. Because of numerous times of being disappointed with their services. The lady who assisted me.. Thandeka she wouldn't give me her last name. First asked for my ID to check my policy.. I then gave her. She confirmed it was me. Then asked why I wanted to cancel I told her I got a better offer... She then tried to tell me about her other offers. I told her I'm not interested I would like to proceed to cancel.. She then said she is unable to cancel.. There will be ppl who will contact me 24 to 48hrs.. I asked why must I wait 24 hours to cancel.. She rudely told me I must wait.. She won't be able to cancel... I'm frustrated by this company. I'm had numerous cases where I desperately needed legal assistance and all they could do is advice me. Still they don't allow me to cancel. Your assistance will highly appreciated.
